Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of $99 or more. All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. Packages are shipped from within the US via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
International shipping is available to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand via USPS. If your country is missing, please contact us to have it added. International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be sure to contact us before sending any items back.
In order for damages items to be eligible for a exchange or refund, your order must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included items and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before purchasing any item(s) from Lightwork & Co., please review product details carefully and feel free to contact us for more information or with any questions before placing your order. All items are carefully inspected before packaging however, damages may occur during transit. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and ship the item(s) back within 5 business days.
