Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Before purchasing any item(s) from Lightwork & Co., please review product details carefully and feel free to contact us for more information or with any questions before placing your order. All items are carefully inspected before packaging however, damages may occur during transit. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us via email at hello@lightworkandco.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and ship the item(s) back within 5 business days. Upon receiving, we will evaluate the issue at our own discretion and either provide a replacement or refund. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us for a return shipping label. Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In order for damages items to be eligible for a exchange or refund, your order must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included items and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
